The Suspicion of Sepsis (SOS) Insights Dashboard

To use the Dashboard please view in full screen size from your desktop, laptop or tablet. This will enable you to use and interpret the data in full.

This dashboard tool means that the NHS for the first time can measure the number of emergency hospital admissions with a severe bacterial infection categorised as "suspicion of sepsis".

The tool shows the number of admissions, rates of survival, and lengths of stay, with the aim of giving clinicians the clearest information yet, for which types of infections can cause patients to deteriorate quickly and which treatments are most effectively saving lives.
